In addition to keeping a variety of trusted vendor partners, the internal production team at DMW Direct is constantly researching and identifying efficient alternatives with regard to materials and means of production to keep mail costs low and schedules flexible.

DMW Direct constantly researches new vendor opportunities for the sake of developing innovative test ideas, finding more competitive pricing and increasing efficiency. At the same time, we maintain a controlled amount of regular vendors therefore the volume of work at primary sites creates sufficient buying leverage.

Lastly, DMW Direct vendor partners are put through a rigorous annual review process to ensure that their management, equipment, pricing, delivery services, and quality control all meet the strict guidelines that we set for them.
The 12 person DMW Direct Production Management team has over 110 years of combined experience in the areas of mail design, print, bindery, postal regulations, data processing, laser personalization, digital production, insertion, mail preparation and inventory and postage management – the skills needed to efficiently and effectively manage any direct mail job.
